I was at Best Buy today and was greeted by Jeff at the front door and continued to be greeted and assisted by Caleb. My experience today was great as well as my other experiences. So far I have been experiencing professional staff and staff who are willing to help. Keep this kind of work ethics up! And Kudos to Caleb for helping me out today!

My Mac is eighteen years old, and I wanted to utilize the Memorial Day sale for a new laptop. Per usual, when it comes to researching new technology is like learning a new language. Over two days, Nicholas, Jason, and Kelbie helped me get the information I needed, and the features I wanted. There was no judgment about staying in my budget. All of the staff here are kind, from being greeted, to leaving and handing kids Pokémon cards to play with in the car. I am so happy with my purchase and the staff that helped me get it.

Try to support local brick and mortar stores. Ordered a fridge from them. Waited appx 10 days as it was at store for pickup for about a week. I kept checking but wasn’t available to pick up. Tried calling where I was assisted by the worst AI imaginable and then after a half hour I got to speak to some overseas call center. He said it’s not his fault they don’t pick up the phone and that I should drive out there to talk to them. Gas is $4 and I haven’t got time for that crap. Canceled order and Jeff Bezos gets more of my money. I had similar experience w many local places. Terrible.

if you are someone who loves their peace, please dont order ANY appliances via best buy. i have not known peace for at least a week now. my washer and dryer ive been so excited about the past 2 weeks arrived, and the dryer is dented on the side, which i thought - whatever - i'll take a gift card for the inconvenience. well, turns out it's actually inoperable due to the damage. the belt rubs on the damaged side, which causes a burning rubber smell. i bought these items brand new, not open box. the delivery people asked if i wanted them to unbox it and deal with the trash - sure. so either i was ripped off and sold open box units, or the units were damaged during delivery. i didnt watch them do their job cause i dont like to be watched while i work either. thank goodness i inspected before they left my driveway. customer service has been unhelpful, this whole experience has been awful. its been 3 weeks since i ordered, a whole week since they dropped off the units, and my laundry continues to stack up. this was the cheapest package at $850, and somehow the set is now listed for even cheaper than black friday, when i placed the order??? safe to say i'll be watching them unbox and deli
